1/2 cup
Corn flour
1 Tsp
Rice flour
1 Tsp
Blackpepper powder
1 Tsp
Aamchur powder
1 Tsp
Redchilly powder
1 per taste
Salt
1 pinch
Turmeric powder
1 to deep fry
Oil
Baby Corn Crispy Fries

Baby Corn Crispy fries is an excellent appetizer. Especially for a party it makes a great Starter. Not too heavy and something to munch!

  1. Cut each baby corn into 4 pieces lengthwise.
  2. Mix Besan, Corn flour, Rice flour, Blackpepper powder, Aamchur powder, Redchilly powder and salt with very little water.
  3. Mix well without lumps
  4. Add babycorns to this mixture and allow it to marinate for 10 -15 minutes
  5. Heat Oil in deeo pan and fry these babycorns until golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
