3/4 cup
Brown sugar
3/4 cup
Sugar
1 large
Butter
3 medium
Eggs
1 1/2 cup
Peanut Butter
2 Tbsp
Baking Soda
4 1/2 cup
Oatmeal
1 Tbsp
Vanilla
1/4 cup
Honey
1/2 cup
Shredded Coconut
1 cup
chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts, hazelnuts, whatever you like)
1 cup
Chocolate Chips

This recipe is great because once you’ve added the honey it’s really up to you to finish the bars. Don’t like coconut? Leave it out! Swap out the chocolate chips for dried fruit like raisins or craisins for a more fruity taste. Add some flax seed for additional health benefits. The possibilities are endless – what is your favorite combination?
