For Sauce - Sweet red chilli sauce
1 Tbsp

  1. Marinate the prawns in all purpose flour 200gm, 1.5 egg, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup & Salt
  2. Fry the prawns and keep it aside
  3. Prepare the sauce in the same left out oil
  4. In a deep bowl mix: 2 tbsp Sweet red chilli sauce, 3 tbsp corn flour, 1 tbsp tomato ketchup, salt And 2 small cup water to mix all of it.
  5. For preparing the sauce, chop 15 to 20 pods of garlic
  6. Once the oil is hot put the chopped garlic
  7. Once it is light brown put the fried prawn
  8. After 3-4 mins but the cornflour mixture and keep stirring
  9. Once the sauce is little thick switch off the gas
  10. Lastly for garnish it with finely chopped spring onion
