Hariyali Chicken

Hariyali Chicken (Green Chicken) is best cooked in a certain way. Here are a few helpful tips:

  • Onions should me cut into rings
  • Water should be avoided for better results and better taste
  • Better to cook in a broad vessel
  • Cook in sim for the chicken to be well cooked

  1. 1st marinate the chicken with curd, salt and colour if you are using
  2. And keep it aside for 1/2 hour
  3. For masala grind, ginger, garlic, coriander, coconut, jeera, and green chilli together
  4. Heat the oil
  5. Fry the chopped onion
  6. Once it is soft, put the masala after 10 mins
  7. Put the marinated chicken and cover the chicken
  8. Once the chicken starts leaving oil cook without the lid
  9. For better result cook in sim till it leaves oil and cook in open vessel
