Curd / yogurt sour
1 1/2 cup
Water
1 as required
Ghee / oil
1 cup

  1. In a large bowl, add 2 cups of instant masala dosa mix.
  2. Also add half cup of sour curd to it and mix well.
  3. Now add water as required
  4. In addition add water as required to get dosa batter consistency.
  5. Keep aside for 15 minutes before you start preparing dosa.
  6. Heat the griddle.
  7. Furthermore, pour a ladle full of batter and spread out in a circular motion.
  8. Add some oil/ghee on top of the dosa.
  9. Cook for 15-30 seconds
  10. Serve masala dosa hot with coconut chutney and sambar.
