  1. Marinate 1/2kg chicken with curd, sale, turmeric, pepper powder and chilli powder.
  2. Take 1/2 tea cup of oats and powder it.
  3. Make paste of mint leaves, 1/2 onion, green chillies, and coriander leaves.
  4. Pan fry 1 chopped onion, add ginger garlic paste, add marinated chicken.. let the chicken cook properly.
  5. Once the chicken is cooked, put mint paste and cook for 5 min.
  6. Add some water and powdered oats to the chicken so that thick paste is formed, cook for another 5 min then the dish is ready.
