Mutton Soup

Mutton Soup soup is a delicacy which has multiple version of itself. Mutton Shorba, mutton paya (leg piece with less meat on it) soup, mutton plain soup (with meat chunks). Here is one simple recipe for all to try.

  1. Grind grated coconut, small jeera, coriander whole, poppy seeds, pepper whole, turmeric powder, small onion (shallots) in to fine paste.
  2. Add grind masala paste, cleaned mutton, sliced shallots and tomato, required curry leaves, coriander leaves and salt with 1 litre water in cooker and mix well.
  3. Cook it for one whistle and allow it with low fire (simmer) for another 20 to 25 minutes to get the delicious and healthy mutton soup.
