  1. Soak Urad dal in water for 1 hour.
  2. Grind greenchillies,pepper, coconut, hing and keep aside.
  3. Grind Urad dal to thick paste.
  4. Now mix rice flour, ground mixture, salt and curry leaves.
  5. Heat oil in deep pan.
  6. Make small balls of the paste and fry till golden brown.
