Naati is the native term used to refer to country grown. Here, Naati Chicken is Country Chicken. With minimal masala and great amount love for cooking and feeding family, comes this great yet simple recipe.

  1. Marinate 500 gms. Naati Chicken for half an hour with 1.5 tsp lemon juice ¼ tsp Turmeric powder 1 tbsp - Red chilli powder & Ginger garlic paste each ½ tbsp. Garam masala1.5 tsp lemon juice, ¼ tsp Turmeric powder, 1 tbsp - Red chilli powder & Ginger garlic paste each, ½ tbsp. Garam masala
  2. In a pan Add - 1 tbsp oil; 1 tbsp ghee
  3. Fry 8-10 Curry leaves
  4. Fry 8-10 Curry leaves, 2 green chillies, 2 large onions sliced until onions turns translucent
  5. Then add the marinated chicken with 1 tsp Pepper powder
  6. Add salt to taste
  7. Cook for 30mins & served when ready
