  1. Cook rice and cool it
  2. Wash palak (Spinach) thoroughly
  3. Boil water and keep it aside
  4. Add washed palak to it and leave it for 5 minutes
  5. Grind palak with 2 chillies and 4-5 garlic cloves, and a small piece of ginger
  6. Heat the pan with oil, add spices like cinnamon, cloves, and bay leaves,
  7. Add finely chopped onions and 2 green chillies
  8. Add grinded masala to it and fry for 2 minutes
  9. Add a pinch of Turmeric
  10. Add salt to taste
  11. Now, add rice and mix well
  12. Lemon juice is optional
