- Butter
- 4 Tbsp
- Sugar
- 3/4 cup
- Pineapple juice
- 1 Tsp
- Coffee (ground)
- 1/4 cup
- Rum
- 1/2 cup
- Almonds grated and roasted.

Flambé is a cooking procedure in which alcohol is added to a hot pan to create a burst of flames. The word means ‘flamed’ in French. Here we are making Pineapple Flambe.

- Saute pineapple both sides slightly
- Add juice, sugar & coffee
- Let it simmer for a minute
- Add rum and flambe
- Place on dish & sprinkle with almonds.
