Pineapple juice
1 Tsp
Coffee (ground)
1/4 cup
Rum
1/2 cup
Almonds grated and roasted.
Pineapple Flambe

Flambé is a cooking procedure in which alcohol is added to a hot pan to create a burst of flames. The word means ‘flamed’ in French. Here we are making Pineapple Flambe.
