  1. Heat olive oil in pan
  2. Add onions and garlic (finely minced) not until brown
  3. Add all vegetables washed and cut in little cubes
  4. Add salt pepper and thyme
  5. Let it simmer for 2 minutes on low heat (optional add some tomato pure)
