  1. Boil corn and green peas (add salt) for 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile chop onions, capsicum and carrot (if required) finely and fry them in oil with little salt and pepper powder.
  3. Keep these two cooked stuff aside.
  4. Now it's time to make white sauce.
  5. Fry garlic paste in oil, then put two tbs powdered oats.
  6. Once it forms thick paste, add two cups of milk.
  7. Stir it properly and let it boil. Now boil 2 cups of water and add little 1tbs of oil to it.
  8. Add macaroni or penne and little salt to it, drain out the water after it is cooked.
  9. Now the sauce should be almost ready on the other stove.
  10. Add pepper, salt and origami to it as per the requirement.
  11. Add 3 tbs of powdered oats and grated cheese to boiling sauce and stir properly.
  12. Now the white sauce is ready. (You can add mayonnaise if required)
  13. Add boiled green peas, corn and fried onions & capsicum to it.
  14. Now add macaroni/penne your pasta is ready.
