This was an experience on a Sunday morning when I had my flight back to Bangalore. One of my foodie friend asked me if we could catch up to try on the Parathas and me being a foodie as well instantly agreed to the plan. I see my friend waiting at the airport exit eagerly only so that we could enjoy our breakfast. Bengaluru weather at its best as always was little cold and foggy. We start from the airport for a car drive not long though, however the drive had little twists and turns. We exit the NICE road toll and realize that we have left behind our destination. Without giving a second thought we take a U turn and head towards our destination.

We quickly reach the very popular Indian Paratha Company, well known as IPC situated amidst nature in the outskirts of Bengaluru (closest to Kempegowda International airport). We reach the order counter quickly run through the menu. Well this place serves variety of Parathas which would make you think khaye toh sab khaye (winks). The spread consists of Aloo paratha, Gobhi paratha, paneer paratha, Achari masti paratha and various combos. The sides consists of Dahi, Achar, chutney, butter, Dal makhani and our very own lassi.
Parathe toh aloo ke hi desi. So we decided to take aloo paratha and also tried gobi paratha with Masala chai. The Parathas were golden roasted and when served with butter floating on it. We were served dahi, pickle and green chutney. This was soooo scrumptious that we were so engrossed in enjoying the taste and not indulge in any conversations. We finish our breakfast with the hot masala chai. This was a perfect Sunday morning by indulging in a finger licking good breakfast with a great friend. This is definitely a must try for vegetarians and is open until 1AM all days.
