Chicken Fry is the most commonly prepared dish in an Indian Non Vegetarian home . It’s simple and can be had with cooked Rice, paratha, roti, or even just the Chicken Fry itself.

  1. Boil the chicken little ginger garlic paste,salt and shred it
  2. Dry roast chillies and coriander seeds and crush it in a crusher or mixer
  3. Grind all other ingredients except oil
  4. Mix the finely grinded paste and crushed chillies in to the shredded chicken and keep aside for 15 minutes
  5. Heat oil in a deep bottom pan
  6. Saute the masala mixed shredded chicken and curry leaves well till get cooked
  7. Serve hot with chapati or paratha or boiled rice.
