Dose is a South Indian dish with different ways of making them. Here is one made out of split Green Gram.
Note: Raw rice or uppittu rave is used for want of crispness.

- Soak hesaru bele & raw rice for 1 hour in cold water.
- Grind this bele, rice along with red & green chillies, ginger pc, onion, tomato, coriander and curry leaves, hing, and salt to fine paste.
