Matodi Palya (North Karnataka Style)

Matodi palya is a traditional recipe which I have learnt from my mother in law. Earlier I used to hate cluster bean or gaur gum. Since this vegetable is a good laxative I used to hate to eat it. First time I liked this veggie when my mother in law prepared subzi in this style. Gaur gum is a very good fiber content vegetable. It is a good food for diabetic people. It is served with chapati, paratha, roti etc.
