Uddina Bele / Black gram (Ingredients for Masala)
5 medium
Kempu Mensinakai / Red Chillies (Ingredients for Masala)
1/4 Tsp
Menthya / Fenugreek Seeds  (Ingredients for Masala)
1 pinch
Hing / Asafoetida  (Ingredients for Masala)
1/4 Tsp
Dhaniya / Coriander seeds (Ingredients for Masala)
Pineapple Gojju

Pineapple Gojju is one of the traditional delicacies in South India. Sweet, sour and yummy flavors for lunch or dinner, goes well with Rice.

  1. Heat pan and fry all the above ingredients
  2. Grind 1/2 cup coconut and fried ingredients adding a bit of water and grind it to thick paste and keep aside 
  3. In another pan add pineapple chunks and little water boil till pineapple becomes tender.
  4. Heat pan add 1 tsp oil, add mustard seeds allow to splutter then add pineapple & masala
  5. Add salt, tamarind, jaggery bring to boil for few minutes.
  6. Garnish curry leaves Serve hot with rice or chapati or roti
